1. Acceptance of TermsBy requesting and utilizing my services, you express your agreement and commitment to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, I kindly request that you refrain from using my services.2. Payment Conditions and Fees2.1. Details regarding fees and payment methods, including KoFi and Stripe, will be determined in individual agreements between you and me.2.2. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. I ask that you place orders only if you are fully certain of your purchase.2.3. I do not work under pressure. If you wish to receive the artwork within a specific timeframe, you must communicate this when commissioning, and additional charges of 30% will apply to the original price.2.4. If you prefer the artwork not to be published, an additional fee of 30% will be applied to the original price.3. Artistic Preferences and Style3.1. As an artist, I retain ownership and copyright of all artistic works created through this service.3.2. My specialization lies in digital illustration focused on anthropomorphic characters, and I reserve the right to decline human characters or other art styles unless otherwise decided.3.3. My drawing style remains unchanged.3.4. Requests for both SFW (Safe for Work) and NSFW (Not Safe for Work) illustrations are accepted.4. Content Restrictions4.1. I do not draw depictions of toddlers, babies, or similar subjects under the age of 11. Requests involving characters aged 11 or younger will not be accepted in NSFW illustrations.4.2. I do not create artwork featuring fetishes that are excessively extreme. If there are any uncertainties or questions regarding this, feel free to ask for me.5. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct5.1. You commit to providing accurate and complete information, including details such as references, character details, desired poses, details about the setting, etc.5.2. I reserve the right to reject any request that I deem inappropriate or contrary to my artistic principles.5.3. Any modification to the drawing will be carried out exclusively during the sketch phase.
